Happy snowy Monday everyone.
Hope everyone is warm and safe. I had a lovely walk to work through the snow this morning. Thankfully it was quite early in the morning too so there was still plenty of snow still around and it was lovely and quiet.
This weekend was quite exciting being full of seeing lovely friends, cinema visits (Les Mis – I loved it and sobbed!), crafting and wedding planning.
Yes we finally kicked off our wedding planning in style this weekend with a visit to the Save The Date wedding fayre at beautiful Thrumpton Hall in Nottingham. It’s really exciting and has got us thinking about serious planning.

Ooh you went to Aubrey’s – nice! I still need to try it there! Me and Lee watched Les Mis last night, will have to compare notes soon!
Oooh we should definitely go to Aubrey’s – it’s really nice and quite reasonable. What was your Les Mis verdict?
A bit mixed – loved jackman and most other actors – thought Crowe was surprisingly good! Sets/scale amazing. But plot ludicrous and sooo long.
Yeah it was quite long!! Although it flew by at the cinema I have to say. I thought Crowe seemed more of a rock singer than someone who belonged in musicals but yeah thought he was quite good.
